The story
When you step into Grandma Kadesh’s house, everything seems peaceful. She smiles kindly and tells you how well her grandson Mike takes care of her. But soon you feel that something is not right. The refrigerator is empty. The mail is piling up. And no one has visited.
The files state that Grandma receives 24-hour care. Mike is registered as her permanent caregiver. In reality, he uses her personal healthcare budget (PGB) as a cover for serious crime in the Port of Rotterdam.
