The story
When you step into Oma Kadesh’s house, everything seems calm. She smiles kindly and tells you how well her grandson Mike takes care of her. But you soon feel that something is not right. The refrigerator is empty. The mail is piling up. And no one has visited.
The files state that Oma receives 24-hour care. Mike is registered as her primary caregiver. In reality, he uses her PGB (personal care budget) as a cover for serious crime in the Port of Rotterdam.
As you search for the truth, you discover that Oma is the unwitting center of a large healthcare fraud network, set up by her own grandson and a corrupt healthcare broker.
