A completely new concept, specially developed for Van Vulpen!
For the Safety Expedition at the Dongecentrale, we designed an exciting, interactive mission. In an immersive walk-through escape experience, teams tackled four challenging games, all focused on safety and cooperation.
Do they have the knowledge and insight to apply safety rules correctly? One thing is certain: they cannot do it alone. Cooperation is the key to success.
The power of gamification
What makes this experience truly powerful is the use of gamification. By making participants an active part of a game, direct engagement and intrinsic motivation are created. Instead of listening passively, they experience for themselves the impact of choices regarding safety.
Learning objectives stick better because participants do not just hear them, but actually apply them in a realistic and challenging context. Making mistakes is allowed, and that is precisely where the power lies: learning by doing.
Play together, win together
At the same time, the experience strengthens essential soft skills. Teams must continuously communicate, share information, and trust one another to progress. This not only increases safety awareness but also fosters stronger cooperation, better communication, and a closer team spirit.
