For us it is not news: gamification is a powerful tool to make people think and train. Our concept of mobile escape rooms with a training goal recently celebrated its 10th anniversary: a fantastic milestone!
What an adventure we have experienced since then. With 25 mobile, floating and compact escape rooms, we have grown exponentially and continue to expand. But what really shows us that we have a golden concept in our hands? Our customers return and enthusiastically tell their colleagues, friends and family about their experience.
It regularly happens that the fire of our Awareness training spreads further within one organization: from team to team, from site to site. For example, this year we were present with our Safety Awareness Escape Room at no fewer than four Cargill locations: Wormer, Zaandam, Sas van Gent and even Ghent (Belgium)! What makes it so effective?
What Makes it so Effective?
In an ultra-exciting Escape Game, we challenge teams to eliminate a danger: in a safe way and with each other. Just like on the work floor, they need each other to achieve the goal. And under time pressure, sometimes special, not always safe choices are made…
After the game, a reflection discussion with a Safety Expert follows to discuss these choices. Together, the participants translate their experience into daily practice. No boring presentations or pre-chewed information, but experiencing, discovering and discussing what safety really means.
A training for which you are only away from your workplace for one hour, but with an impact that lasts for a long time. Because safety is not a point to tick off, but a subject that you want to continue talking about together.
