Safety

Being locked up is already quite scary for some guests. Anyway, it is a big misconception that you are always locked up. Similarly with our Escape Rooms, ours involves dismantling a "bomb" or changing a durable asset. The door is always open and there are emergency exits that are also always unlocked. We also have a first aid room at all locations and several fire extinguishers. In Hellevoetsluis, there is even an AED hanging on the wall outside.

We have smoke detectors in every room and all rooms have cameras so a fire or other emergency is easily seen and quickly identified. Green lighted signs next to all doors point the way to the emergency exits. Furthermore, all players receive instruction on what to do in an emergency situation. Players also cannot lock each other up anywhere to avoid panic. We have an evacuation plan and there is a floor plan with the escape room attendants. In addition, there are several floor plans hanging in the rooms so guests know where they are and can go outside. Finally, the staff is well instructed on what to do in the event of an emergency. In each Escape Room, we have a safety protocol in place.
